Cooked in our own kitchen

In the Kathmandu valley, a meal that is genuinely clean and fully vegetarian is still harder to find than it should be. A restaurant can look perfectly fine from the table. You still do not know what shared the pan an hour earlier, or whether “veg” only describes the dish in front of you. Trusting that, day after day, is a real risk. The food does not stay on the plate. It is what goes inside you.

That is why this matters so much to us. If what you eat is not healthy, the next place it shows up is often a hospital. We did not want to live with that bargain, so we opened a kitchen that is actually a home kitchen. We cook with our own hands. We only put in ingredients we would be happy to eat ourselves. There is no second, looser standard for a customer’s plate.

Taste is the part we keep working at. We are doing our best, and we will keep doing it, plate by plate. The thing we can guarantee is this: the food is healthy. It is one hundred percent vegetarian, it is cooked hygienically, and your health is not something we are willing to compromise.

Healthy food is the one thing we can promise.
